The following help us to ensure all of our guest’s health & well-being during their stay
5 mph speed limit – enforced
Absolutely no bike riding, skateboarding, rollerblades, or riding toys of any kind in the park
All RVs, boats, trailers, and vehicles must fit in, and use only their assigned space(s). If additional parking is required, contact office for availability
RVs must be of suitable appearance & have Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) seal affixed, representing the RV manufacturers’ Association’s conditions, for compliance to meeting electrical, plumbing, heating, fire & life safety systems and construction. Some exceptions may apply.
Tents are not permitted at any time. No sleeping in auto, SUV, or boat.
Truck mounted campers must not be removed from the truck
Windbreaks may only be used with the prior approval of management
We have laundry facilities, therefore clotheslines are not permitted
Washing of vehicles is not permitted
No open fires – only approved off ground containers. Hot ashes and charcoal will be disposed of in our approved containers located by the garbage bins. Don’t leave any fire unattended. Extinguish fires before retiring
No fish or shellfish cleaning. Crab boiling water should be cooled then dumped into the sewer system – never on the ground or into the road drains.
Spaces left with crab water, debris, excessive trash, nut shells, fish waste, or pet waste will be assessed a $25.00 cleaning fee to your credit card
Please do not attach anything to fences that would cause damage. Any damages will be assessed and added to your bill.
Do not attach anything from trees.
All pets must be on a controlled leash no longer than 6 (six) feet in length unless they are in our Pet Walk area. No pets left unattended — no excessive barking
Please curb your pets – bags provided in the Pet Walk area. No pets allowed in Clubhouses, restrooms, or laundry room
Well behaved children are always welcome
Those under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times, and not allowed alone in the Office, Recreation Areas, or the Restrooms
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, (All early arrivals prior to 1:00PM will assess a $10.00 early arrival fee if site is vacated - Please call ahead of arrival) – Check-out time is 12:00 PM
Quiet time is 9:00 PM until 8:00 AM. For the benefit of all our guests – loud noise is not permitted at any time
No smoking (including Cannabis) in or around restrooms, laundry room, office, recreation areas, or clubhouses. No smoking of Cannabis in public view either on the RV space or off, in the common areas, or in the RV itself to the extent the smoke is detectable by, and offensive to, the nieghboring RVer.
Do not toss cigarette butts on the ground. Violators will be assessed a $25.00 charge to your credit card
We are privileged to have an abundance of wildlife visit us – please do not feed, or harass the wildlife. Please do not leave any garbage out, wildlife will make a mess
Please help us to keep the restrooms and laundry clean – it is not possible to clean them after every use.
Please let us know of any conditions requiring attention or repair. We will not be responsible for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Failure to abide by any of the above rules may result in your immediate eviction from the park
To be eligible as an RV Club/Group (aka group), ten or more rigs is required. If, at any time, a group falls below 10 rigs, it is no longer eligible for group benefits.
We consider one individual as the primary contact and spokesperson for the group. Among this individual’s responsibilities are the familiarization with the conditions that will apply during a specific outing. It is also their responsibility to ensure all participating members comply with the conditions of our group policy and our park rules.
A deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required to confirm your group reservation. This deposit is also the cleaning deposit for the Clubhouses. Group reservations that remain unsecured within 90 days of the arrival date will be cancelled.
Group discounts are offered on the Park’s regular daily rate. A minimum two-night stay during non-holiday periods is required, and a minimum of a three-night stay for holiday weekends is required.
It is expected that the primary contact (Wagon Master) will collect from each group member and settle with a check or a credit card. Individuals approved for early arrival or late departure will be billed at the group rate for a total of three additional days of their stay, if available, and at our regular rate thereafter.
The Group Confirmation letter must be signed, dated and returned with any deposit required. If the group confirmation is not received within 90 days of the arrival date, the group will be cancelled. In addition, a completed roster must be returned to us 30 days prior to arrival.
Group Cancellation: Notice of cancellation for the entire Group must be received at least 60 days in advance of the arrival date in order to receive a deposit refund. (Less a $25.00 handling fee.)
Individual Cancellations: Cancellations within 14 days of the Group arrival date, or no-shows, will be charged for one night at the Group rate, 2 nights on weekends, and 3 nights on holidays.
No changes will be made within 14 days of the group arrival date. Changes must be made by the Wagon Master. Any changes made within the 14 days will incur a $20.00 change fee per the site changes.
Club houses are provided at no charge to eligible groups. Our general policy is to allocate Club House II to groups having less than 20 members. Groups of 20 or more will be allocated Club House I. Should your group fall below 10, they are no longer eligible for group benefits. Should the club house still wished to be used, there will be a $75.00 a day for Club House I, and a $50.00 a day for Club House II.
Bodega Bay RV Park reserves the right to adjust the Club House arrangements as needed. If we have two Groups in at the same time, the larger Group will get Club House I, the smaller Group will get Club House II.
Upon arrival, the Club House will be clean. A review, with a checklist, will be done with management, and a key provided. You will sign a rental agreement.
CHECK IN TIME IS 2:00 P.M., and check out time is 12:00 P.M. Please contact our office prior to arrival for early site availability. There will be a $10.00 charge for any arrival prior to 1:00 p.m. without approval.
SMOKING & PETS:
We must insist that there be absolutely no smoking or pets in the Club Houses, or in any other buildings in the park. All pet owners must abide by the park rules.
Our holidays include: New Years, Martin Luther King Day, Chowder Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Bodega Bay Fish Festival, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX:
An 14% Transient Occupancy Tax on the total space fee charge will be collected. This tax is mandated by Sonoma County, California.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OUR PRICES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. PLEASE INFORM YOUR GROUP OF THIS POSSIBILITY.
